Are Embryolisse products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, many of our products, including the iconic Lait-Crème Concentré, are formulated with minimalist ingredients and have been tested under dermatological supervision to be suitable for sensitive skin.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Does Embryolisse test on animals?

Embryolisse is committed to animal welfare. We do not conduct any animal testing on our finished products or ingredients, in compliance with European cosmetic regulations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return authorization.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
